I really like the joint part, its design is ingenious. I've only done a test ride so far but the phone stays in place on bumpy roads. I'll have to see how long this lasts but for now it's perfect. The attachable pads only came in the same thickness though; manual says they're supposed to be of different thickness. Not that it matters cuz luckily this size is fine. All in all great bang for your buck, especially if you have a large phone

For a long time I wanted a mount for my phone so I can enjoy my music, etc. while riding my bicycle. This mount had decent reviews, even though it was a little pricey. What I love about it is, once you figure out how to install it, it is really easy to install. No special tools are needed for installation and it is removeable. I love how the security "arms" do not block your screen.
Thing works pretty good. It really doesnt have any security features, just a lock tab on the back of it which wont do anything except maybe keep your phone in place. Everything is plastic and there's some rubber padding that goes around the handle bar to make up some of the space for the mount. Doesn't really help much in the way of vibration so motorcycle vids will be bouncy at higher speeds.

Installation was easy and so far after a few rides the mount is holding steady. Had to tighten it up after the first ride but it's been solid ever since. I like how easy it is to take the phone in and out of the holder. A small lever switch on the back engages a lock to hold the X bracket in place. Simply flip the lever and expand the bracket to get your phone out.
