A Crime to Produce Power from Wind? Current House Bill Proposes Just That

Chairman Nick Rahall (D-WV) in the House Natural Resources Committee has introduced a bill to make it a crime to produce energy from wind turbines. The reason - Protecting wild life, mostly birds.

Real reason? Protect the West Virginia coal industry.

For anyone to sincerely believe that wind energy is dangerous to bird populations is simply mindless when compared to other sources of power.
